Running the job: programme, subcontractors, orders, site, crew and close-out.
Everything after the job is won: getting the programme down, bringing subcontractors on, ordering, running the site day to day and closing out. The pages here split two ways.
Company-wide pages sit in the Delivery workspace and cover every job at once: Forms (checklists, permits, inductions and their registers), Inspections (the certifier's queue), the Crew Roster, Timesheets, Tickets and Licences, Sign-in Locations for the workshop and office, and Teams for who is in the business and how they are grouped. Each of these is a module an admin switches on under Settings → Team Modules; a page whose module is off tells you so and sends you back to the dashboard.
Inside a job the rest live on the project's own tabs: programme, subcontractors and purchase orders, induction, the site home, drawings and RFIs, the site diary, safety, defects, variations, the crew on that job and handover.
Two threads run through both halves. Hours worked become job cost only when a person approves them, and only for crew who have a cost rate. Site sign-in is per job, from the project's own QR; the workshop and office have their own.
Each page follows the same shape: what it is, before you start, how to, what happens on its own, and things that surprise people.
